The South Australian Government has recently implemented changes to the National Construction Code (NCC) that will impact all future new home builds. These changes took effect in October 2024 and require modifications to standard plans to meet updated compliance and approval requirements. We are currently updating our plans to reflect these changes. However, some plans may still feature room configurations or options that are no longer available in standard designs.
