Our most significant achievement this year was winning the prestigious “SA Project Home of the Year” award for a stunning recent build in North Beach. This accolade is a testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. The awarded home is based on our popular Eastport design, customized meticulously to align with our clients’ lifestyle and capture breath taking sea views from both the front and rear balconies.

The exterior, with its Hamptons-style elegance, adds to the home’s charm and appeal. The judges were particularly impressed with the high-quality craftsmanship evident throughout the build, highlighting our dedication to excellence and attention to detail.
Modular & Prefabricated Excellence: A Hat-Trick Achievement
Adding to our accolades, we also won in the “Modular & Prefabricated” category for the third year running. This award was given for another exceptional build in North Beach. The modular home stands out with its raked ceiling in the living area and a spacious deck designed for seamless entertaining. This achievement underscores our expertise and innovation in modular construction, setting a high standard in the industry.
